Scot Petersen has been named the editorial director for CIO/IT strategy media at TechTarget. He will oversee the e-newsletter IT/Business Strategies and the Web sites SearchCIO.com and SearchCIO-Midmarket.com. Scot is replacing Anne McCrory, who left the company.
