McGraw-Hill announced that it is looking to sell BusinessWeek. The publication debuted in 1929; BusinessWeek reportedly lost nearly $75 million in 2008 and has already lost about $20 million in 2009. Steadily declining ad sales are said to be the reason for the sale.
Communications Daily has launched a new daily feature that will follow the new $7 billion-plus broadband infrastructure spending program. The feature will offer a comprehensive explanation of the relationships between public policy, regulatory action and the telecom and mass media marketplace.
