The economy has forced publisher Benjamin Media to cease operations of Last Mile Online. The former bi-monthly magazine premiered in 2005 and had more than 18,000 subscribers. In February, the broadband news publication switched to an online only format. Associate editor Brad Kramer will remain on the Benjamin Media editorial staff.
